By submitting this RMA form, I confirm the information is accurate.
Units not collected within 30 calendar days of completion or repair quote, or units not repaired due to declined out-of-warranty repair quotes or scrapped units, will be forfeited and become Synergistec’s property and may be sold, dismantled, or recycled without compensation or further notice.
- Unclaimed units after this period cannot be shipped or returned later.
- Units outside warranty: repairs will only proceed on acceptance and payment of a quote.
- If your unit is not eligible for warranty, or is deemed not repairable or is scrapped, or you do not accept the quoted repair, a surcharge of R750.00 (excl. VAT) is raised for inspection/labour and is payable within 7 days of the quote or refusal. Collection of your unit will only proceed on settlement of this fee.
- If this inspection charge or a repair quote is not settled in that timeframe, the unit will be forfeited and may be sold or recycled without further notice.
- Liability is limited to the original warranty; Synergistec cannot be held for any further loss or damage during storage, transport, or repairs.
