• Versatile Panel Mounting:
  The top slot is designed for quick installation of solar panels using either mid clamps or end clamps, also fastened with the EVO-RNW nut (sold separately). This allows for rapid, tool-friendly assembly, while the rail’s flat upper surface supports the panel securely and distributes weight evenly.

  Supplied in a convenient 4.7-meter length, each EVO-R4-TS rail can accommodate up to 4 panels in portrait orientation (using 2 rails) or 2 panels in landscape (using 2 rails). The rail can be easily cut to size for custom installations.

Installation Overview:

1. Layout Planning:
   Determine panel arrangement on your chosen structure and space the EVO-R4-TS rails accordingly.

2. Rail Attachment:
   Secure the rails to your selected roof brackets (e.g., IBR, Corrugated, Klip Lok, Tile, or Slate) using the EVO-RNW nuts, which lock into the side slot of the rail.

3. Panel Mounting:
   Place panels onto the flat top of the rail, ensuring even spacing above, below, and between rails.

4. Clamping:
   Fasten each panel using mid clamps between panels and end clamps at the edges. Both use the EVO-RNW nut in the top slot for a secure fit.

5. Final Checks:
   Inspect all connections and fasteners, verify alignment, and ensure the entire array is secure and optimized for maximum solar output.
